We offer High Frequency Welding to belting. When using HF machine cleats GLB welds directly onto the cover of the conveyor belt. By doing this it eliminates the use of bonding cements along with providing a superior physical esthetic characteristics. Some of the advantages of using HF are the excellent flexibility, durability, superior adhesion, and smooth surface. The HF weld of narrow base urethane cleats allows the belt to flex over pulleys that can be as small as 1” diameter.
